Herriman is a special city for us — our climate-controlled storage facility is here, which means most Herriman pianos that pass through our hands spend at least a few hours under our roof. From the established streets of Rosecrest on the south slope to the new neighborhoods on the west side near Herriman High area, we've moved pianos across nearly every Herriman zip code. Many of the homes here are 2010-and-newer with wide hallways, dedicated piano rooms, and finished basements built for movie theaters and pianos alike.

The typical Herriman piano move splits two ways. The first is the new-construction move — the family bought a new home, the moving company can handle the furniture but flat-out won't touch the piano, and we come in to handle the piano on its own truck. The second is the basement-finish move — the family had a piano sitting upstairs because the basement wasn't done, the basement is now done, and the piano needs to descend a half-flight stair to its real home. Both are routine for us. Rosecrest's hillside lots add a third Herriman quirk: steep driveways and walk-out basements, which we manage with extra rigging and a four-mover crew when the angles get serious.

From our shop, central Herriman is a 7-minute drive — easily our shortest run outside Riverton itself. We frequently combine Herriman jobs with Riverton or Bluffdale jobs in the same morning, and our facility being in Herriman means storage drop-offs and pickups are essentially free of trip fee.
