Piano rental.

A Yamaha white baby grand ($650/day), a Kohler & Campbell black grand ($500/day), an upright ($400/day), and a Roland HP 704 digital piano ($350/day).

Anywhere in Utah. Delivery and pickup are included from Lehi north to Beck Street. Outside that range, travel is $150/hour round-trip and applied twice (one trip for delivery, one for pickup).

Yes, with two caveats. First, you're liable for any damage from weather, contact with guests or equipment, or anything that happens to it once it's placed. Second, if rain or snow is in the forecast we'll bring extra blankets and recommend a covered or moveable plan B.

Only if the piano is the main attraction (a concert, recital, or a soloist performing). For ceremony music, dancing, or background, our pianos stay close enough to pitch that tuning isn't necessary. We tune our rental pianos 12–15 times a year. Add-on tuning at the venue: $150.

One day is the standard rate. Each additional day is $75. Multi-week rentals are available. Reach out for a custom quote.

Upload a photo or short video of any stairs at the venue to safeandsoundpianos.com/upload and we'll lock in the price before you book. Most venues are flat or have a few porch steps and don't add anything significant to the rate.

A $200 refundable security deposit at booking. The balance is due on delivery.

Pickups or deliveries after 5 PM are +$75. Saturdays are +$75. We don't deliver on Sundays.
